Products include hardware tools, clamps, safety equipment, electrical items, electronics, machinery, industrial supplies, and related goods for retail, wholesale, industrial, and public customers.

By accessing the Website, placing an order, or purchasing Products, you ("you", "Customer" or "Buyer") agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to both B2C and B2B transactions. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or purchase Products.

These Terms comply with applicable Indian laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

Complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days as per applicable law.

2. Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts.
B2B/Wholesale buyers confirm they are legitimate business entities (retailer, wholesaler, industrial user, etc.).
Wholesale/industrial registration may require verification and approval.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and ensuring account security.

3. Products and Services

Products include hardware tools (e.g., sledge hammers, taslas), clamps, safety gear, electrical and electronic items, machinery, and industrial supplies.
Product descriptions, images, and specifications are indicative; minor variations may occur due to manufacturing tolerances.
We serve retail (individual/public), wholesale (reseller), and industrial (B2B) customers. Minimum order quantities (MOQ) may apply for wholesale/industrial orders.
Prices are in INR and inclusive of GST where applicable (e.g., 18%). Prices for bulk/wholesale may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
Country of origin will be displayed where applicable.

4. Ordering Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
We may accept or reject orders based on stock availability, verification, or other reasons.
Order confirmation via email constitutes acceptance and formation of contract.
Wholesale/B2B orders may require proforma invoice approval and advance payment before dispatch.

5. Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods: RTGS, NEFT, UPI only.
Full payment is required before dispatch.
Wholesale/industrial orders: 100% advance or as per approved credit terms.
Payments must be made to our designated bank account (details provided on invoice).
We are not responsible for any bank or transaction fees charged by your bank.

6. Pricing, Taxes, and Additional Charges

Prices include applicable GST; breakdown will be provided on the invoice.
Additional charges such as shipping, handling, or customs duties (for imported items) may apply.
Wholesale discounts are available for bulk orders; contact us for custom quotations.
In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to correct the price before dispatch.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery is primarily within India; international shipping available on request with additional charges.
Delivery timelines are indicative. We are not liable for courier delays, loss, or damage after dispatch.
Risk of loss transfers upon dispatch for B2B/wholesale and upon delivery for retail customers.
Accurate address and contact details must be provided; re-delivery or failed delivery charges apply.
Freight charges are borne by the Customer unless otherwise agreed for bulk or special orders.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Retail customers: Returns accepted within 7 days for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, subject to inspection.
B2B/Wholesale/Industrial: All sales are final. Returns only for verified manufacturing defects within 7 days at our discretion.
Custom or bulk orders are non-returnable and non-cancellable.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method (minus shipping/handling charges if applicable).
Return shipping charges will be borne by the Customer unless the product is defective or wrong item shipped.
No refunds are provided for change of mind.

9. Warranty and Liability

All Products sold by Alif Corporation Private Limited carry only the manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable.
No additional warranty, express or implied, is provided by the Company beyond statutory requirements under applicable law.
Warranty on industrial equipment and machinery is valid only when the Products are used strictly in accordance with prescribed guidelines. Installation, commissioning, or misuse is not covered unless explicitly stated in writing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability shall be strictly limited to the value of the Product purchased.
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, business interruption, or misuse of the Products.
Force Majeure: The Company shall not be held liable for any delay, failure, or inability to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, acts of government, pandemics, or logistical disruptions.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information
Misuse of the Website, Products, or Company services
Attempting to manipulate pricing, orders, payments, or promotions
Unauthorized resale, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of Products
Infringing intellectual property rights, trademarks, or brand assets of the Company
Engaging in unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful activities

Upon termination, the Company shall not be liable for any loss, damages, or claims arising out of such suspension or termination.

All provisions which by their nature should survive termination, including but not limited to payment obligations, limitation of liability, governing law, and jurisdiction, shall continue to remain in effect.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, or the use of the Products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

15. Amendments / Modifications

16. Affiliate Program Terms

In addition to the above Terms, the following terms apply to participation in the Affiliate Program of Alif Corporation Private Limited. These Affiliate Terms form an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

Affiliates are eligible to earn a 2% commission on every successful and confirmed sale generated through their unique affiliate link or reference.
Commission shall be applicable only on orders that are completed and not cancelled, returned, or refunded.
Commission is calculated on the product value only and excludes GST, shipping charges, discounts, or any additional fees.
Affiliate payments will be processed only when the total payable commission reaches a minimum threshold of ₹1000 (One Thousand Rupees). Amounts below this threshold will be carried forward.
Affiliate payouts will be made via UPI or Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS) only.
Affiliates must provide accurate and complete payment details. The Company shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused due to incorrect information provided by the Affiliate.
Affiliate commissions shall be processed after completion of the applicable return/refund period and may take 30–45 working days to be credited.
Any fraudulent activity, misuse of the Affiliate Program, fake or self-generated orders, misleading promotions, or violation of Company policies may result in immediate suspension or termination of the affiliate account and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Program or its terms at any time without prior notice.

Participation in the Affiliate Program constitutes acceptance of these Affiliate Program Terms along with the main Terms and Conditions of the Website.
