  • All requests must be made within 7 days of delivery for retail customers.
  • For wholesale/industrial customers, refunds are only allowed in case of proven manufacturing defects.

Proof such as photographs or videos of the damaged/defective product and packaging may be required for verification before approval.


3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Products used, altered, or without original packaging.
  • Custom-made, bulk, or special orders.
  • Hygiene or safety-related products once unsealed.
  • Change of mind, incorrect choice by customer, or minor product variations.

Minor variations in color, finish, size, or packaging due to manufacturing or display differences shall not be considered defects.


4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 working days.
  • Refunds will be made only through the original payment method. Cash refunds are not available.

  • If approved, return the product securely following our instructions.
  • Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method (RTGS/NEFT/UPI).
  • Refund amount: Full product price (excluding original shipping), deductions may apply for bank/transaction fees.

Products returned without prior approval or not following return instructions may be rejected.


5. Timeline

Retail refunds are usually processed within 7-14 business days from receipt of returned product. Wholesale/industrial refunds may take longer depending on verification.

Delivery timelines of banks or payment gateways are beyond our control and may affect the actual credit date.
